Is this place for real? Is it still breathing? Could it be my destiny?
It's close to my studio, on Grand Street in Brooklyn. Its empty though (as in closed) and full of dusty boxes, who knows what's inside... it's pretty creepy in fact
OK. I'm on my way. Do you own a cutting torch?
